Ingredients

Cake:
2 cups of Flour
A small amount of salt
1 Tbsp of Baking Powder
1/2 cup of Milk
4 Eggs
1/4 cup of Goody Vegetable Shortening
1 cup of Sugar
Vanilla
Caramel:
1 can of Goody Velor Canned Cream Plain
1 can of Goody Velor Sweet Condensed Milk
1 cup of Sugar
2 Tbsps of Butter
1 cup of Liquid Milk
1 cup of Goody Honey
1 pack of Goody Popcorn
1 cup of Sugar
1/4 cup of Butter for covering
1 pack of Whip Cream 
2 Goody Top-Whip Cream Envelopes 
 

Method

1. The Caramel Sauce: Mix the cream, the liquid milk, the condensed milk and the honey with the mixer. Caramelize the sugar in a deep pot and add the butter; afterwards, pour the mixture over the sugar after it turns golden. Turn off the heat under it and let it cool in a glass container.
2. The cake: Preheat the oven at medium temperature of 180 degrees. Whisk the eggs and then add the sugar, vanilla and Goody shortening until the mixture becomes creamy. Sift the dry ingredients, then add them to the mixture; mix them and place the mixture in two 9-inch baking sheet greased with the Goody shortening. Bake it for 35 to 40 minutes until it is baked. Leave it to completely cool.
3. The covering cream; mix the whip cream with the top-whip until they thicken. Add three tablespoons of caramel and mix them and let it cool in the refrigerator.
4. Popcorn: Prepare the popcorn as shown on the pack without adding salt. Caramelize the sugar and add the butter, then pour the caramel over the popcorn to cover it well. Drain the popcorn on a tin-covered and oil- coated sheet.
5. Put the cake in the serving dish and divide it into two parts. Place the prepared cream between each layer and pour a little amount of caramel then cover it from the outside with cream. Pour the caramel sauce from the top; so that it falls on the edges. Garnish the top of the cake with the caramelized popcorn before serving.
