1 Velor Canned Cream Plain
5 whole Potatoes, boiled and peeled
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Chicken Mix:
3 Velor Canned Cream Plain
1 Tbsp of Goody Tomato Ketchup (Optional)
½ Goody Chicken Stock Cube
2 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil
2 whole Onions, chopped into small pieces
4 pieces of Chicken Fillets, chopped into small pieces
1 tsp Mixed Spices
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1/3 teacup of Soy Sauce
1 small package of Whipping Cream (200 ml)
1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese, grated


1.Grate the boiled potatoes with the grater and mix them with the cream, salt and black pepper.
2.To prepare the chicken mix, place the oil in a pot over medium heat; add the onions and fry them, and then add the chicken and the spices. Stir the mix for 10 minutes and then add the pepper, salt and soy sauce. Stir the mix well and add the cream and ketchup.
3.In another pot over the heat, mix the whipping cream with the chicken stock cube until the cube melts and set it aside.
4.In an oven sheet, place the chicken mix; shape the potatoes into balls and put them on the chicken mix. Afterwards, put a spoon of the cream and chicken stock mixture on top of each potato ball and sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven until they turn golden and serve.
