Simple to assemble casserole with a crispy top of crushed corn flakes. Rich in flavor perfect as a side dish. Perfect as a side dish to your meat dishes.

4 potatoes, boiled and mashed with a fork 
2 tbsp Goody Velor Milk Powder, dissolved in ½ cup water
½ cup whipping cream
½ cup Goody Alfredo Pasta Sauce 
1 cube Goody Chicken Stock
1 tbsp butter
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup mozzarella cheese
For the topping: 
1 cup Goody Life Cornflakes
½ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces



  1. In a pot, place the dissolved milk, chicken stock cube, cream, cheeses and butter. Heat until cheese melts and mixture simmers.
  2. Slowly add the mixture to the mashed potatoes. Mix until well combined. Spread potatoes in a baking dish.
  3. Place the cornflakes in a bag and squeeze bag to break the flakes. Add the cheeses and oregano. Close bag and shake well. Sprinkle the mix on top of the potatoes and sprinkle the cut butter randomly on top. Bake until golden.
