Ingredients

Base:
2 Chicken Breasts, boneless
4 Medium-Sized Potatoes
20g Butter, thawed
Pizza:
2 Tbsps Goody Whole Kernel Golden Corn
2 Tbsps Goody Red Kidney Beans
1 Tbsp Pickles, cut into small pieces
1 Tbsp Goody Sliced Green Olives
1 Tbsp Goody Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Goody Mustard
1 Tbsp Liquid Cheese
1 Tbsp Velor Canned Cream Plain
½ tsp Goody Natural Sugar Cane Vinegar
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
2 Tbsps Mozzarella Cheese, grated
 

Method

1.Heat the oven at 250oC.
2.Boil the chicken for 10 minutes, then drain it from water, and cut it into very small cubes.
3.Wash the potatoes well and dry them; then grease them with butter. Place them in the sheet, and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
4.In a side bowl, mix all the pizza ingredients well, then add the chicken cubes and stir.
5.Take the potatoes out of the oven, then let it cool for a bit; afterwards, cut them into thick circular slices and stack them in the sheet, then add the pizza mixture and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it. Place the sheet once more in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and the top is browned.

Note:
You can serve the Potato Pizza as an appetizer or beside the steak slices or chicken.
You can add small pieces of pepperoni or any favorite ingredients.
