Prepare the easy and quick Mayonnaise Potato Salad to add a dish to your table rich in its healthy and useful benefits.
2 Boiled Potatoes, cut into cubes
¾ cup of Boiled Mixed Vegetables (carrots and peas)
½ cup of Goody Whole Kernel Golden Corn
3 Tbsps Goody Mayonnaise
2 Tbsps Green Coriander, minced
1 Whole Lemon, Squeezed
¼ tsp Goody Mustard
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1.In the serving dish, place the boiled potato cubes, and add all the remaining ingredients; mix them gently until the ingredients are incorporated with the potatoes.
2.Serve inside lettuce leaves and garnish with coriander leaves.
Do not boil the potatoes for too long so it will not crumble.
You can add some chopped apple pieces or celery, or add any type of vegetables preferred by your family members.
