1 kg Shrimps, cleaned and washed
3 Tbsps Goody Natural Sugar Cane Vinegar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Garlic Clove, finely mashed
3 Tbsps Lemon Juice
½ cup of Parmesan Cheese
½ cup of Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup of Whipped Cream
1 can of Velor Canned Cream Plain
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Tbsp Goody Mustard
1 Tbsp Goody Hot Sauce
3 tsps Tomato Paste
Dash of Salt
Dash of Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsps Butter
1 Tbsp Garlic, finely mashed
1 can of Peeled Chopped Tomatoes
4 Tbsps Dill, finely minced
1.Heat the oven 350oC.
2.Clean the shrimps; then soak it in water and vinegar in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
To Prepare the Sauce:
3.In an electric mixer, place the whipped cream, Velor cream, bell pepper, mustard, hot sauce, tomato paste, salt, and nutmeg; mix until an incorporated mixture is formed.
4.In a pan over the heat, heat the olive oil, butter, and garlic, then add the peeled chopped tomatoes and leave the ingredients for a couple of minutes Add the incorporated cream mixture, and leave the ingredients for 3 minutes, then add the dill and turn off the heat.
To Prepare the Shrimps:
5.In a pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil and butter, then add the shrimps and stir until their color changes. Add the garlic, lemon juice, and turn off the heat. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes to cool. (Keep the remaining juice).
6.Open the shrimps, and stuff them with parmesan cheese; then place them in the pan, in which you have prepared the sauce. Add the remaining juice from the shrimps and cook them for a couple of minutes.
7.Place all the ingredients in the sheet and sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese. Put the sheet in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
You can replace the shrimps with meat joints and adding pepper.
You can serve this dish beside white rice.
