2 cans Velor Cream
4 sachets Goody Top Whip
1 small box cream cheese
½ can Velor Sweet Condensed Milk
4 bars milk chocolate
Biscuit filled chocolate balls
1.For the first layer: Crumble cake. Fill cupcake moulds or cups with cake crumbs and press down.
2.For the second layer: In a bowl, combine 1 can of cream, Top Whip, cream cheese and the sweet condensed milk. Mix well by using the Braun whisk attachment with the hand blender, pour into the cupcake moulds. cool in the refrigerator while preparing for the third layer.
3.For the third layer: Place the second can of cream and the chocolate bars in a hot water bath. Wait until chocolate melts completely, and then pour on the cupcake moulds.
4.To decorate: Sprinkle the grated chocolate on top, and place a chocolate ball in the centre. Set aside to cool then serve.
