Overcome the exhaustion resulting from the fast by eating Qatayef Toasts with Cream and Banana.
12 pieces new toast
½ cup creamy cheese
2 spoons Velor canned cream
1 Tsp Goody honey
1 banana, mashed
Almonds, roasted slices
Goody shira for sweets
Oil for frying
1.Using an electric mixer, blend well the creamy cheese with the cream, the honey and the mashed banana, then add the roasted almond slices. Stir with a spoon.
2.Flatten the toast pieces with a rolling pin. Use the cutter to cut the toast in a form of big circles.
3.Put an amount of the filling in the center of the circles. Seal the circles to get a semi-circle shape, use water and flour to seal the circles.Put the Qatayef toasts in the freezer for an hour, and then deep fry it in hot oil.
4.Heat the Goody shira for sweets. Dip the Qatayef in it. Drain then place it on a serving dish.
