1 pack Goody Pipe Rigate
300 grams ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup Goody Red Kidney Beans
1 can Goody Sweet Corn
3 tbsps green onions
½ cup Goody Green Olives, sliced
1 can Goody Tomatoes peeled and chopped.
2 tbsps jalapeno, chopped
2 tbsps tomato paste
¼ cup orange Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsps olive oil
1 cup meat stock
Salt and pepper
1 tbsps Mexican spices 


  1. Boil pasta in salty water until cooked. Strain, add 1 tablespoon oil and toss then set aside.In a pan, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil, then add ground beef and mix well.Add olives, jalapeno, sweet corn and beans. Then add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste and mix well.Add spices and stock then leave ingredients to simmer for 15 minutes.Add the boiled pasta and green onions. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and serve.
