For Salad:

½ cups of Quinoa, washed well

2 Goody Chicken Stock Cubes, dissolved in 2 cups of boiled water

1 pack of Goody Chickpeas

A bunch of Parsley, finely chopped

¼ Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped

¼ Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped

¼ Yellow Bell Pepper, finely chopped

1 whole medium-sized Tomato, finely chopped

2 sticks of Scallion; cut into small rounds

Salad Sauce

2 spoons of Goody Cider Vinegar

1 Garlic Clove, mashed

2 tsp of Lemon Juice

¼ cup of Olive Oil

¼ tsp Black Pepper

¼ tsp Cumin, powdered

1 tsp Sumac


  1. Wash the quinoa well and drain it from water; afterwards, marinate it in the chicken stock cubes for 5 minutes, boil the quinoa using the chicken stock over very high heat or until it starts to boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until it absorbs the entire chicken stock; afterwards, take the pot off the heat and leave it aside to cool
  2. Mix all the salad sauce ingredients and put them aside.
  3. Mix all the salad ingredients with the quinoa and ½ the pack of chickpeas. Add the salad sauce and mix well; garnish with the remaining amount of chickpeas and serve.
