1 cup Yogurt 
2 tsp Goody hot sauce
1 tsp salt
½ teaspoon pepper
4 chicken breasts
1 tbsp vegetable oil 
4 slices cheddar
4 Kaiser Rolls, split and
Lettuce leaves and tomato slices, for topping 
For Ranch dressing
3 Small garlic cloves
½ cup Goody Mayonnaise
10ml Goody Cider vinegar
2 tbsp Yogurt
2 tbsp chopped fresh spring onions
¼ tsp Salt


1.Combine yogurt, the hot sauce, salt, and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Add the chicken and turn to coat; let stand 10 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, make the ranch sauce: Mince the garlic with salt; Combine the garlic paste, mayonnaise, vinegar, the remaining 2 tablespoons yogurt and the spring onions in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
3.Heat a grill pan on medium high heat. Brush with oil. Transfer the chicken to the grill, letting the excess marinade drip off. Grill until marked on the bottom, 5 minutes, then flip the chicken, top each piece with a slice of cheese and continue grilling until just cooked through, 5 more minutes.
4.Spread each roll with some of the ranch sauce and fill with the chicken, lettuce and tomato. Serve.
