250gm all-purpose Flour
5 gm Yeast
4 gm Salt
150-170 ml Water
1 tbsps Olive Oil
1 can Goody Tuna in brine, drained
¼ cup Goody Ranch Dressing
3 tbsps green onions, finely chopped
1 small tomato, thinly sliced
4 slices cheese
1.For the dough, mix all the ingredients and kneed to soft dough. Rest for 45 min to an hour at 30 degrees to prove. Roll out the dough to ½ cm thickness, put it in pizza pan. pinch edge to form 1cm rim. Bake at 240 degrees in a well preheated over for 4-5 minutes until lightly browned
2.Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix tuna, dressing and onions. Spread tuna mixture over crust.
3.Arrange tomato and cheese slices alternately in a pinwheel pattern on tuna mixture. Bake 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges. Serve
