Ingredients

Liquid:

5 Tbsps Butter, thawed

2 Tbsps Velor Sweet Condensed Milk

1 cup of Liquid Milk

¼ cup of Velor Canned Cream Plain

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1 tsp Blossom or Rose Water, to taste

Dry:

1 ½ cup of Rice Semolina

¼ tsp Baking Soda

¼ tsp Baking Powder

2 Tbsps Sugar

A Dash of Sugar

Goody Arabic Sweet Syrup

Method

  1. Heat the oven at 180o
  2. Blend all the liquid ingredients in the electric stand mixer at medium speed for 5 minutes until you obtain a semi-liquid mixture. Add the dry ingredients and stir for a couple of minutes until the mixture thickens. Place the mixture a medium-sized oven sheet greased with butter; put it in the oven for 30 minutes or until the mixture turns golden. Take it out of the oven and add the syrup; then serve hot.You can garnish with almonds.
