Bread pieces stuffed with meat chops and melted Monterey cheese slices… Prepare it now with ease and serve with sauce.
3 Tbsps Butter
1 Onion, cut into thin slices
1 tsp Garlic, ground
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 ½ Tbsp Flour
2 Goody Chicken Stock Cubes, dissolved in a cup of Water
2 Tbsps Worcestershire Sauce
½ kg Roast Beef Slices, cold
4 loaves of French Bread
1 pack of Goody Squeezable Mayonnaise
1 pack of Goody Mustard
8 slices of Monterey Jack cheese or Kashkaval
1.In a large pot over medium heat, thaw the butter, then add the onion slices, garlic, and half a spoon of black pepper; stir until the onion slices wilt and then take them out of the pot, leaving the remaining butter in the pot.
2.Add the flour to the pot, along with 1-2 spoons of the chicken stock cubes, and leave it until it starts to boil. Lower the temperature to low heat, and leave it for 15 minutes.
3.Add the roast beef pieces to the pot and let it heat for 5 minutes.
4.Cut the bread lengthwise from the middle and roast it in the oven for a bit. Grease the bottom layer of the bread with mayonnaise and mustard.
5.Take out the meat chops from the sauce, then place it on the bread and add the onion slices and two pieces of cheese. Afterwards, place the stuffed bread pieces in the oven until the cheese melts.
6.In a small bowl, pour the remaining sauce, and serve with the sandwiches.
