3 chicken breast, each breast chopped in half from the center
¼ cup of olive oil
½ cup of Goody Italian salad dressing
½ cup of black pepper and salt
1. Pass a knife through the surfaces of the chicken breasts to make longitudinal shallow holes to absorb the marinade.
2. In a deep bowl, mix the oil, dressing, salt and black pepper; soak the chicken with them over night in the fridge, covering it.Remove the chicken from the dressing, heat the griddle, sprinkling a little oil for grilling.Place the chicken on the griddle, but don’t stir it too much, grill each side for about 6 – 8 minutes or until it is done.
3. Serve with sautéed vegetables or Goody spaghetti.
