3/4 cup of Brown Sugar
1 Tsp of Baking Soda
1 Tsp of Goody Natural Sugar Cane Vinegar
3 Eggs, whisked
1 Tbsp of Vanilla
1/3 cup of Goody Honey
3 cups of Flour, sifted
Dash of Salt 

Caramel and Dates Filling Ingredients:
1 Goody Velor Sweet Condensed Milk
100g of Butter, soft in room temperature
½ cup of Goody Date Spread 
2 Tbsps of Goody Velor Canned Cream Plain

Top Layer:
Remaining cake edges
½ cup of Walnut, crushed



1.Heat the oven at 180 ° C before baking.
2.In a bowl in a water bath over medium heat, place the butter with sugar and honey and lightly stir them until the sugar melts and then take it off the fire. Afterwards, add the eggs and vanilla; stirring rapidly so that the eggs will not cook.
3.In another bowl, place the baking soda and vinegar and mix them together, and then add them to the egg bowl; while stirring constantly.
4.Add the flour and salt and stir with the spoon. Place the dough on the surface and continue kneading with your hand; while sprinkling it with the flour.
5.Shape the dough into a cylinder and divide it into 8 equal balls.
6.On parchment papers, spread each ball in a circular shape, then bake them in the oven until they are cooked, repeat the process until the eight balls are finished.
