2 tbsps Olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
400gm smoked salmon, chopped
200gm cream cheese
½ cup chives or spring onions, finely chopped
2 tbsps lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste 
1 pack Goody Cannelloni Pasta
2 Jars Goody Rose Pasta Sauce
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese


1.In a pan over medium heat, add the oil then add the onion and stir for 2 minutes until translucent. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant for 1 minute. Add the smoked salmon and mix; cook for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Once cool, add the cream cheese, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix until well combined.
2.In a deep rectangular baking dish, add 1 jar of the rose pasta sauce. Stuff each cannelloni with the salmon mix and lay the cannelloni pieces beside each other until the baking dish is full. Top with the remaining rose pasta sauce and sprinkle the parmesan on top and place in a preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 40 minutes until the pasta is cooked through. Serve.
