Salmon with Cream and Pepper

2 pieces of Salmon

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

2 spoons of Vegetable Oil

1 spoon of Olive Oil


2 spoons of Goody Mayonnaise with Chili

1 tsp Goody Mustard

1 spoon of Olive Oil

1 spoon of Butter

1 Garlic Clove, finely ground

1 whole Red Pepper, minced

½ cup of Cooking Cream

Dash of Salt to taste

1 spoon of Red Pepper, crushed


  1. Season the fish in a bowl with salt and black pepper on both sides, and set aside.
  2. In a pan over the heat, add the (vegetable and olive) oils, and then add the fish pieces; stir for 4 minutes on each side until they turn golden. Place the salmon pieces in the serving dish.

For the Sauce:

  1. Place the olive oil and butter in a pan; add garlic and pepper and stir for half a minute; afterwards, add the mayonnaise, cream, mustard and salt and stir them well. Pour the sauce over the salmon pieces, garnish with crushed pepper and serve with steamed vegetables.
