Waffle is a traditional breakfast dish we present to you in a creative manner.
2 cups of all-purpose flour
5 tbsps Velor powder milk dissolved in 3/4 cup of water
½ cup vegetable oil
½ tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
4 tbsps basil, finely minced
½ white cheese
¼ tsp black pepper
1/3 cup of Goody green olive, sliced
3 spoons olive oil
¼ cup dried tomatoes
¼ cup olive oil to grease the waffle maker
1.Heat the waffle maker according to the industrial instructions.
2.In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs until they are completely homogenous, add the flour, milk, oil, sugar, baking powder and salt, stir until the mixture is soft.
3. Grease the waffle maker with olive oil to prevent the waffle from sticking then pour a sufficient portion of the mixture in the waffle maker, bake until it is golden noting that the waffle maker must be greased with olive oil after each use.
4.In a medium bowl, mix the basil, cheese, black pepper, green olive and olive oil until the mixture is incorporated.
5. Place the waffle in a serving dish, pour the cheese mixture over and garnish with dried tomatoes, serve.
You can use with the salty waffle any ingredients that your family prefers such as fried eggs, turkey and other kinds of cheese and vegetables.
