Ingredients

1 cup of White Flour
1 cup of Whole-Wheat Flour
2 tbsp of Goody Vegetable Shortening
1 tsp of Bread Spices
1 tsp Salt
1 cup of Warm Water
Stuffing:
½ kg Minced Beef, cooked
1 cup of Parsley
2 whole Eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Method

1.Place the white and whole-wheat flours in a deep bowl, and add the shortening and bread spices. Afterwards, melt the salt in a cup of warm water, and add it to the flours. Rub the dough; add a little water if dry, and leave it to ferment for an hour.
2.Shape the dough in form of small palm-sized balls, and then roll out each one separately. Mix the stuffing ingredients in the bow
