6 slices of sandwich bread
2 tbsp of Goody Date Spread
1 tbsp of tahini
1 tbsp of liquid butter
2 tbsp of sesame
2 tbsp of roasted and chopped peanuts
1.Remove the bread crust using a knife, then flatten the slices using a rolling pin.
2.In a small bowl, mix the date spread with the tahini.
3.Spread the date mixture on the slices of bread and roll the slices, then spread the sides of the rolls with the date mixture and dip them in the peanuts or the sesame seeds, as desired. Line the rolls on a baking pan and lightly cover with butter, then bake in the oven at 180° between 5 and 8 minutes, until slightly browned
4.Place in a plate and serve.
You can add a sprinkle of cardamom or vanilla to the date and tahini mixture
