1 bunch of Coriander
¼ cup of Lemon Juice
2 Tbsps of Goody Natural White Vinegar
¼ cup of Olive Oil
2 Tbsps of Sugar
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
2 Tbsps of Cumin
2 tsps of Goody Honey
1 Garlic Clove
2 Chicken Breasts seasoned with (Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, Lemon, Olive Oil and Cajun Spices)
Slices of Tortilla Bread
2 cups of Romaine Lettuce
1 Red Onion, chopped
1 can of Goody Whole Kernel Golden Corn
1 can of Goody Red Kidney Beans
1 can of Black Beans
1 Carrot, grated
1 Yellow and Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
1 Avocado, sliced
2 Tomatoes, cut into cubes
1.In the electric mixer, put all the sauce ingredients and mix well until they become incorporated.
2.Grill the chicken pieces, and then cut them into long strips or cubes.
3.Cut the tortilla bread into long thin strips and then fry them using heavy oil or with the healthy fryer.
4.In the serving dish, place all the vegetables, then add the sauce and stir them well, then place the grilled chicken, the fried tortilla, the avocados and the tomatoes.
