2 tsps of Unsalted Butter
250g of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
4 Garlic Cloves, mashed
¼ cup of Rosemary (Oregano)
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1. In a pan over low heat, melt the butter and add the mushroom slices; stirring for about 10 minutes until the mushrooms color becomes brown. Add the garlic and continue stirring for another 5 minutes.
2. Add the oregano and salt when the mushrooms are cooked and continue stirring for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
