Tuna Puffs:
5 Puff Pastry Squares
1 egg beaten in 1 tablespoon of water for egg wash
Butter for brushing
For the Tuna Mix:
1 can Goody Tuna in brine, drained
¼ cup Goody Mayonnaise
¼ cup red onion, chopped
¼ cup colored peppers, finely chopped
1 lemon juice
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Hummus Mni Tarts:
Butter for brushing
5 Puff Pastry Squares
1 egg beaten in 1 tablespoon of water for egg wash
For the Hummus:
1 cup Goody canned chickpeas, drained, liquid reserved
¼ cup tahini 
2 teaspoons garlic, minced 
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 
4 dashes of Goody hot sauce
1 teaspoons kosher salt
Cilantro leaves for garnish

Burgers Canape:
250gm minced meat
1 small onion, finely chopped 
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 tablespoons Goody Burger Sauce
8 Mini burger buns
2 burger cheese slices, quartered 


Tuna Puffs:
1.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
2.Cut each puff pastry squares into quarters. Brush a baking sheet with butter. Set a side 
3.In a medium bowl, mix together all tuna ingredients.
4.Add 1 teaspoon of the tuna mixture on puff pastry square. Top it with another puff pastry square and close the sides with a fork. Place the tuna pastry in the baking dish leaving 2cm in between. Brush each pastry with the egg wash and place in the oven for 15 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden in color. Serve.

Hummus Mni Tarts:
1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Brush the baking tray with butter
2.Cut each puff pastry square into quarters. Mark each pastry edge with a knife and stroke with a fork in the middle. Lay the mini squares in the baking tray and brush each mini square with the egg wash. Place in the oven for 15 minutes until puffy and golden in color. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool down. 
3.For the Hummus: Place the chickpeas, 1 tablespoon of the reserved liquid, the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce, and salt in the food processor and blend until coarsely pureed.  
4.Place one teaspoon of the Hummus mixture on each min puff pastry square. Garnish each tart with the cilantro leaf and serve immediately.

Burgers Canape:
1.In a medium mixing bowl, mix the beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix with your hands then shape into 8 mini burgers. 
2.In a grilling pan on medium high heat, grill the mini burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side.
3.Sandwich the burgers by adding the burger sauce on the bottom, the burger then cheese, top with burger bun top and secure with cocktail sticks. Serve.
