Ingredients

The dough ingredients:
4 cups of flour
3 spoons of Velor powder milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast, it can be dispensable as it only helps to spread the dough
1/4 cup of oil
Water, if needed
For the filling:
4 spoons of oil
5 onions, finely minced
½ tsp garlic, dried
½ tsp onion, dried
½ tsp paprika, hot or regular
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ kilo minced meat
2 tbsps of Goody mayonnaise
Sumac to taste

Method

1.    In a Kenwood kneading bowl, put the flour, milk, salt and yeast first, then add the oil and water and knead until a soft medium dough is formed.Place the dough in a deep bowl greased with vegetable oil; wrap it up with nylon for 15 minutes to ferment.
2.    Prepare the filling by adding oil to a pot over high heat then add the minced onions, the dried garlic and onions, the paprika, the salt and the black pepper, stir well then add the meat, leave them on the heat until they are cooked.Add the mayonnaise to the mixture then leave it until the meat’s liquid dries, add the sumac to taste, set it aside to cool.
3.    Prepare a large sheet and sprinkle with a little oil, take small piece of dough about the size of a large lemon, spread it with your hand in the sheet to form a large circle with thickness of about 1 cm, taking care not to tear the dough.Cut the circle from the center into two pieces to form two semi-circles then place the filling lengthwise beside the straight line of the semi-circle, roll it in a cylindrical form.Roll the cylinder in a spiral form then place it in another sheet that is non-stick or a sheet greased with oil.Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling by making the cylindrical forms then the spiral one, taking care to add oil to the sheet with each circular dough when spreading them until the amount ends.Bake in a preheated oven at 180o C until they are done and browned, serve hot.
