¼kilo Kunafa slices
1tbsp Goody vinegar
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp Soya Sauce
1tsp fish spices
1bottle Goody Thousand Island Dressing
Abundant Frying oil
1.Mix the ingredients of the seasoning in a bowl then put the shrimps on the mixture.
2.Leave for an hour- Cut the Kunafa slices according to the number of shrimps
3.Melt the flour with water
4.Put a stick in each shrimp, then wrap it with the Kunafa slices until the shrimp is covered
5.Wet the edges of the Kunafa with the flour, and then fry with hot oil. Serve in a plate with the Thousand Island dressing.
