¼ kg Medium-Sized Shrimps, peeled and washed
2 Tbsps Avocado Mixture
1 Egg, whisked
¼ cup of Flour for coverage
½ cup of Breadcrumbs
Fry Oil
2 Tbsps Red Cabbage, cut into thin slices
1 tsp Green Onions, cut into small pieces
Goody Burger Sauce
Avocado Mixture:
2 Medium Avocados
1 small Lemon, squeezed
1 tsp Olive Oil
Dash of Salt and Black Pepper
Green Coriander
Red Pepper


1.Mash the avocados then add them to the remaining ingredients; mix well until you obtain a spreadable mixture.
2.Place the eggs, flour and breadcrumbs in 3 different bowls.
3.Dip the shrimps in the flour bowl, followed by the egg bowl and then the breadcrumbs bowl.
4.Heat the oil well, then fry the shrimps until they turn golden and drain them in a blotting paper.
5.Over a soft piece of taco bread or a small tortilla, place the avocado mixture. Add in order the red cabbage, shrimps, corn, and green onions, then place the burger sauce at your desired amount.
6.Garnish your dish with green coriander and red pepper and serve it to your family and guests.
