1 pack of Goody Conchigli
200g Beef Meat, coarsely minced
2 cups of Green Lentils, washed and drained
1 ½ liter of Water
Salt to taste
½ cup of Olive Oil
1 bunch of Green Coriander, finely minced
10 Garlic Cloves, mashed
A Dash of Spices (Black Pepper – Cinnamon – Cumin)
1 coffee cup of Pomegranate Molasses
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Place the lentils, water and salt in a deep pot over medium heat; leave them for 15 minutes until the lentils are cooked.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; then fry the garlic cloves and coriander for 7 minutes until the coriander wilts. Afterwards add the meat and spices, and stir the mixture for 15 minutes until the meat is cooked; then add the lentils and stir well. Add the pasta and pomegranate molasses to the mixture and stir well. Leave the pot to simmer until the mixture incorporates and thickens.Pour it into a deep bowl; garnish with coriander and lemon and then serve.
