½ pack Goody spaghetti #20 
1/3 kg minced meat
1 large onion, finally chopped 
Salt & pepper to taste 
1 chicken stock cube 
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, grated 
2 tbsp parsley, chopped 
1 egg, beaten
Oil for deep frying 
For béchamel
1 tbsp fl
2 tbsp Velor powder milk 
2 tbsp butter 
¾ cup water
Salt & pepper to taste


1.    In a pan, combine meat, onion and seasoning. Cook, breaking lumps till liquid evaporates. Set aside.
2.     Break pasta to 1 cm or less long. Cook according to pack instructions, adding stock cube to boiling water. Drain, cool. 
3.    For béchamel: in a pan, combine all ingredients. Whisk till smooth. Cook on fire, constantly whisking till boils and thickens. Take off heat. 
4.    In a bowl, combine pasta, meat, béchamel, cheese and parsley. Mix. If mixture doesn’t hold well, add 1-2 tbsp breadcrumbs. Shape into egg size balls. Roll in egg then breadcrumbs, coat well. Fry till golden. Serve.
