400 gGoody spaghetti or pasta of choice
3 tbsps olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Lean minced beef meat
1 can Goody chopped tomatoes
2 tbsps Goody ketchup
3 large ripe tomatoes, grated
3 tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
1 tspspices
1 tsp dried herbs
1 tsp brown sugarB G68I
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley and parmesan to garnish


1.Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to boil.You can add salt and 1 tbsp of olive oil to prevent the pasta from sticking.Add the spaghetti and boil till al dente.Drain and save the water for use with the sauce.
2.Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan and add chopped onions.Fry till it begins to change color.Add garlic and fry for another minute.Add the minced meat and keep breaking it up with a wooden spoon until it browns.Add all the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.You can add the leftover pasta water at this stage to achieve the consistency you want for the sauce.Simmer the sauce on medium heat half covered for 30 minutes until.Turn off the heat and add your spaghetti. Toss to combine.Garnish with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
