1 Goody Spaghetti
½ pack Filo dough
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp corn oil
250g ground meat
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 Garlic cloves, ground

Spice mix:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
¼ cup Parsly

For the topping:
4 tbsp butter
1 egg, whisked
¼ tsp white pepper


1. heat oven to 180 degrees. Prepare 10” pie pan
2. In small bowl add oil and melted butter. Open Filo dough pack and put aside. Cover it with a towel so it wont dry
3. Take 2-3 layers of film and put in the pan. And brush oil and butter mix. Repeat till you finish the Filo. Trim the file of the edge of pie pan.
4. In medium pot. Heat oil over medium heat and add meat. Stir till it dry. Add onion garlic spice mix salt and pepper. Stir then add parsley. Chop up the cooked spaghetti and added
to the mix.
5. Add the mix now over the pie pan.
6. Add the topping mix on top
7. Put in the oven for 20 min, let it rest for 10 before cutting and serving.
