½ kg Beef Meat, minced

2 Garlic Cloves, finely mashed

½ tsp Black Pepper

4 Tbsps Olive Oil for frying


1 pack of Goody Spaghetti

3 Tbsps Olive Oil

5 Garlic Cloves, mashed

1 Tbsp Oregano

1 Goody Chicken Stock Cube, dissolved in ¼ cup of Water

2 Tbsps Goody White Pasta Sauce – Alfredo

1 cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated

1 can of Goody Red Pasta Sauce- Napolitana

1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese


To Prepare the Meatballs:
1.    In a bowl, mix well the meatball ingredients by hand and then shape them in form of small balls of ½ cm diameter. Heat oil over medium heat. Fry the meatballs for 10 minutes until they are cooked and browned. 
To Prepare the Pasta:
1.    Boil the pasta according the instructions on the package.
2.    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the garlic cloves, the oregano and the chicken stock cube; continue to stir for 7 minutes and then take them off the heat.
3.    In a deep bowl, mix well the pasta, the garlic Alfredo sauce mix and the cheese, and then put the pasta mixture with a dash of mozzarella cheese in the cupcake pan. Place the pan in the oven for 10 minutes until the mixture is incorporated; then take it out of the oven and leave it to cool for 15 minutes until the pasta takes the shape of the cupcake molds.Take the pasta out of the molds and place it in the serving dish and then put a meatball in each mold and a spoon of Napolitana sauce and serve.
