Enjoy the taste of the spaghetti with the wonderful pesto sauce; serve it with Parmesan cheese.
300 g Goody Spaghetti
A handful of Basil leaves
2 tbsps Pine nuts, roasted
35 g extra Parmesan cheese to serve
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
2 tbsps ml Olive oil
Salt and black pepper
1.Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2.Prepare the pesto by blending together the basil leaves with the remaining ingredients; season well with sea salt and pepper.
3.Put the spaghetti with the pesto sauce and serve immediately.
