Ingredients

1 pack of Goody Spaghetti
Marinara Sauce:
¼ cup of Olive Oil
2 tsps Garlic, Mashed
1 can of Tomato Paste
2 cans of Goody Chopped Tomatoes
2 Tbsps Basil Leaves, chopped
1 tsp of (Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, and Dried Oregano)
Meat:
1 ½ kg Beef, minced
½ cup of Onions, finely minced
1 Tbsp Parsley, finely minced
1 tsp Garlic, chopped
2 whole eggs
1 tsp Salt
1 spoon of Black Pepper
½ cup of Rumi Cheese, grated
1 cup of Breadcrumbs
½ cup of Sparkling Water; or Plain Water if not possible

Garnish:
4 Tbsps Parmesan Cheese, grated

Method

To Prepare the Marinara Sauce:
1.In a large pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil and fry the garlic for a minute, then add the tomato paste and chopped tomatoes and leave them until the mixture boils, then add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes or until the sauce becomes thick, and then take it off the heat.
To Prepare the Meat:
2.In a deep bowl, mix together the minced meat, onions, parsley, garlic, eggs, salt, black pepper, and rumi cheese; mix well, then add the breadcrumbs and stir them together.
3.Gradually add the water to the mixture, and leave it until the meat becomes soft and firm at the same time. Refrigerate the mixture until the time of its use.
To Prepare the Meatballs:
4.Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package, then drain and wash it with cold water.
5.Add 1 ½ of the Marinara sauce to the spaghetti, mix them and set them aside.
6.Cover a circular oven bowl with tin foil, place one-third of the meat amount; shape it into a large meatball while making the edges thick. Add the spaghetti mixture inside it and cover it with the remaining meat mixture to form a large meatball. Cover it with the remaining tin foil while keeping an opening at the top.
7.Bake the meatball in the oven for an hour or an hour and 15 minutes, then take out the bowl from the oven and remove any remaining liquids.
8.Flip the meatball in the serving bowl, and add the remaining Marinara sauce over it. Garnish with cheese and serve hot.

Note:
You can use the same amount while dividing it into three medium-sized balls instead of one big ball.
