500gm minced meat
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ tsp dried oregano
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 ¼ tsp kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 tbsps olive oil
1 jar Goody Pasta Sauce Napolitano
1 pack Goody Spaghetti Pasta
4 fresh basil leaves, for garnish
1.Combine the minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, dried oregano, garlic, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, ½ teaspoon of the salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Thoroughly mix the ingredients together until evenly incorporated. Roll into meatballs, setting them on baking sheet
2.Heat the oil over medium heat in a large pan until it shimmers. Working in batches, saute the meatballs, turning frequently, until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Place all the meatballs in the pan and add the pasta sauce and leave to cook for 15 minutes covered until the meatballs are cooked through.
3.Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 8 minutes until Al Dents. Drain and serve with the meatballs and sauce ladled on top. Garnish with torn basil and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
