Prepare the famous (Spanish Paella) dish rich in many ingredients from seafood, starches and fresh vegetables, and serve it as a main nutritious dish on your table.
4 Tbsps Vegetable Oil
½ kg Fish Fillet, cut into large cubes
½ kg Squid, cleaned and washed
½ kg Medium-sized Shrimps, peeled and cleaned
1 Large White Onion, finely minced
1 Bell Pepper (Green, Yellow and Red), cut into small cubes
1 cup of Peas
1 tsp of (Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Saffron, Saffron Powder)
1 can Goody sieved tomatoes
1 Goody Chicken Stock Cube
2 ½ cup of American Rice
4 cups of Water
6 Oysters, washed
6 Large Shrimps, unpeeled and washed
1.Heat the oven at 180oC.
2.In a sheet over medium heat, heat the oil and add the fish, squid, and peeled shrimps; stir-fry for 10 minutes, then move the ingredients to another dish.
3.In the same sheet, add the onions, bell pepper, peas, and spices; stir until the ingredients wilt; afterwards, return the fish, shrimps, and squid to the sheet, and stir for 3 minutes.
4.Add the tomatoes, the chicken stock cube, and the spices and leave them over the heat for a couple of minutes. Add the rice, and stir the ingredients together for a minute, then add the water and turn off the heat. Stack the oysters and peeled shrimps and cover the sheet; then place it in the oven for 60 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
5.Garnish the dish with lemon and parsley.
You can serve the (Spanish Paella) dish in big occasions or within open buffets, and you can replace the seafood with chicken or meat depending on your choice.
