Spring Rolls with Avocado and Mayonnaise Flling

3 whole medium Avocados, half-cooked and finely diced
1 whole medium Onion, minced
1 Coriander, coarsely minced
1 whole medium Tomato, cut into small squares
1 whole medium Lemon, squeezed
½ pack of Goody Light Mayonnaise
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper, fine
Small Spring Roll Dough
Deep frying Oil
To Close the Spring Roll:
1 spoon of (All-Purpose) Flour dissolved in ¼ cup of warm water
- In a deep bowl, add the avocado, onion pieces, coriander, tomato pieces, lemon, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper; mix well.
For the Spring Roll:
- Bring a piece of the spring roll, and add a spoon of the filling, roll it in a cylindrical shape. Close the spring roll well with the flour and water mixture.
- Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and fry the spring roll; afterwards, take it off the heat and place it on a kitchen paper to absorb the oil; and then place it in the serving dish and serve hot.
