1 small garlic clove
A little salt
1 lemon, squeezed
1 tbsp thyme
2 cans of Goody stewed beans
1 tbsp parsley, minced
Pinch of olive oil
1 tomato, chopped into small pieces
1. In a bowl, mash the clove with a little salt then stir in the lemon, mix well then add the thyme.
2. In a pot, heat the beans over low heat till it begins to boil then mash them thoroughly while boiling using a fork or a mashing tool, add the clove, lemon and thyme mix then combine well with the beans.Pour in the serving bowl and garnish with parsley, olive oil and chopped tomato.
