1 kg Chicken Breasts, finely minced
2 Medium Onions, finely minced
1 Tbsp Parsley, finely minced
1 tsp Goody Natural Sugar Cane Vinegar
1 Tbsp various Spices, Black Pepper, Cumin and Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 medium Onion, finely minced
1 can of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems, drained
1 can of Goody Whole Kernel Golden Corn, drained
¼ cup Goody sieved tomatoes
Mozzarella Cheese, to taste


1.Heat the oven at 180oC.
2.Mix all the discs ingredients well, and then shape them in the form of medium-sized discs. Place them on the parchment paper, and then refrigerate them for 4 minutes.
3.To Prepare the Filling:In a pot over the heat, heat the oil and start stir-frying the onions until they turn yellow, then add the mushrooms, corn, and tomatoes, and stir well. Leave the mixture over the heat for 10 minutes, and set it aside.Start stuffing the discs by placing the filling and cheese in the middle of each disc, and then wrap it with another disc.Grease the discs with butter, and then place them in the oven until they turn golden.
