Prepare the stuffed flower dough, and impress your guests with its distinctive form and great taste.
3 cups of Flour, sifted
100 ml Vegetable Oil
4 Tbsps Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Instant Yeast
1 cup of Warm Water
1 cup of Goody Chocolate & Hazelnut Spread
1.Heat the oven at 180oC.
2.In an electric kneader, mix all the dough ingredients for 7 minutes; let it rest for an hour in a warm dark place.
3.Divide the dough into 4 equal balls. Roll out all the balls in the form of circles. Grease the first circle with the chocolate, then place the second dough and repeat the previous step until the last layer is the fourth dough.
4.Place the sheet over the dough and cut the edges in the form of a circle. Put a small cup in the middle of the dough; then cut it evenly until the edge of the cup, and then wrap the edges of one dough in the opposite direction of the other dough.
5.Bake the dough for 20 minutes until it turns golden.
6.Serve with the cofique coffee for a more delicious taste.
You can shape the dough into balls and stuff it with cheese, and garnish it by sprinkling sesame over the top.
