½  pack Goody Spaghetti no. 20
1    cup minced meat or ½ kg
1    medium grated onion
3    cloves grinded garlic
4    tbsp dried parsley
4    tbsp paprika (sweet pepper powder) or smoothly grinded red pepper
½  tsp black pepper
4    tbsp oil for the meat dumplings
½  cup mozzarella cheese chopped the size of the dumplings’ surface
Salt (to taste)

½ cup oil
1   big sliced onion
4   big tomatoes, chopped into small pieces
4   finely chopped garlic cloves
4   tbsp tomato sauce
½  cup water
4   tbsp lemon juice
1   tsp dried basil
1   tsp dried thyme


1.    Mix the minced meat with onions, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, black pepper and oil. Shape into medium-sized balls.
2.    Collect 15 pasta pieces and break them into half. Gently insert the first half inside the meat ball such that the latter is in the middle of the pasta sticks. Then, take the other pasta half and insert it into another meat ball. Repeat until the quantity runs out then place in a tray buttered with oil.
3.    Prepare the sauce by heating a pot and adding oil and onions in it. Brown the onions then add the tomatoes and garlic. Leave to thicken then blend in the juice blender with the cream, basil, thyme, pepper, tomato sauce, lemon juice and water.Pour the sauce over the meat dumplings and cover with tin foil. Put in oven over medium heat it until it becomes well-cooked. Remove the tray and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the meat dumplings. Leave in the closed oven until the cheese melts. Garnish with thyme and serve.
