You cannot serve hummus in a more attractive way! Summak is what you need to enhance its looks and taste.
2 cans Goody chickpeas
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp tahini
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tbsp Goody white vinegar
1 tbsp summak
Salt to taste
Chopped parsley for garnishing
- In a pan, cook chickpeas for 10 minutes.
- Reserve few pieces for garnishing. Mash the rest in a food processor while still warm to ensure smoothness. Add remaining ingredients, mash till well mixed.
- Put in a serving plate, garnish with parsley and whole chickpeas.
