Bread filled with pepperoni, cheddar cheese and Italian seasonings baked to delicious perfection. Your family will enjoy it each bite!
1 loaf German bread
1 clove garlic, pounded once
½ cup butter (1 stick)
1 tsp Italian herbs
1/3 cup Goody Ranch Dressing
2 cups orange cheddar, shredded
15 slices pepperoni, cut into quarters
1- Cut bread lengthwise and crosswise into squares, making sure not to cut through the bread.
2- In a small pan, place the garlic clove with the butter on low heat until butter melts (do not overheat the butter). Place the Italian herbs and mix. Set aside to cool. Pour ½ of the butter mix into a bowl. And leave the remaining half with the pounded garlic clove in the pot. Mix the ranch dressing with the butter in the bowl. Brush the cuts in the bread with this sauce. Make sure to use all of the sauce.
3- Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).
4- Keep ¼ cup cheese aside. Stuff the cuts in the bread with the remaining cheese. Then place the pepperoni inside. Take out the garlic clove from the butter. Brush the bread surface with the butter. Make sure to use all the butter. Sprinkle the loaf with the remaining ¼ cup cheese. Place the loaf on a tray and bake for 20-30 minutes until cheese melts and loaf is crispy.
To make lifting the loaf off the tray easier, line the baking tray with parchment paper or aluminium foil before baking.
