6 pieces ready-made Ta'amia, fried cut in halves
3 Spoons Goody chick peas
5 Lettuce leaves, finely cut
1 Large Tomato, cut in cubes
1/4 cup parsley , minced
1 Large potato, cubes and fried
1 Small eggplant cut in cubes and fried
Pickles, as desired
For the Dressing:
1 can greek yogurt
2 tbsps Tahinah
2 tbsps Goody Garlic and yogurt salad dressing
2 tbsps Goody white vinegar
2 tsps Summak
1. Mix all salad ingredients and put it in the serving bow. Mix the dressing ingredient together and pour it on top of the salad and serve.
