Prepare the taco recipe and enjoy its delicious taste; serve it with Guacamole salad and Mexican salsa.
2 Tbsps Vegetable Oil
1 Onion, finely minced
2 garlic cloves, mashed
½ kg Minced Beef
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
A dash of Salt – Pepper – Cumin – Paprika
2 Tbsps Goody Chili Pepper
2 Tbsps Goody Natural Sugar Cane Vinegar
1 can of Goody Red Kidney Beans
½ American Head Lettuce, cut into thin slices
1 Tomato, finely chopped
½ cup of Cheddar Cheese, grated
1.To prepare the filling, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, and then stir in the onions, garlic cloves, beef, tomato paste and spices. After the mixture is cooked, add vinegar and chili pepper; and then take the mixture off the heat.
2.Heat the tacos in the microwave or oven and stack in the serving dish. Fill each taco with two spoons of the filling; afterwards, add the red kidney beans, lettuce slices and tomato pieces; and then sprinkle a little cheddar cheese.
* The taco is served with the Guacamole Salad and the Mexican Salsa Salad.
