1 kg Beef Meat, minced

½ cup of Breadcrumbs, ground

2 Egg Yolks

2 whole Green Onions, finely minced

2 Garlic Cloves, finely mashed

1 tsp Ginger, finely minced

½ tsp Black Pepper


2 Tbsps Goody Cider Vinegar

¼ cup of Soy Sauce

¼ cup of Brown Sugar

½ tsp Ginger, powdered

¼ tsp Garlic, powdered

2 Tbsps Honey

1 Tbsp Starch, dissolved in ¼ cup of Water


  1. Heat the oven at 250o
  2. Mix the meatball ingredients together in a deep bowl, and then form medium-sized balls with 1 ½ diameter from the mixture; place them in the oven sheet and wrap the sheet with tin foil. Place the sheet in the oven for 30 minutes, then place the meatballs in the serving dish and leave them aside.
  3. Mix together the sauce ingredients, except for the starch, in a deep pot over medium heat, then leave the pot over the heat; stirring every once in a while for 8 minutes until the mixture is heated. Add the starch and stir well for 10 minutes until you obtain a homogenous sauce; then add the sauce to the hot meatballs and serve.
