3 tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 whole medium Onion, finely minced

1 tsp Garlic, finely minced

1 whole medium-sized Potato, finely minced

1 tsp Mexican Spices

1 tsp Paprika

250 g Lamb Meat, finely minced

3 whole medium Potatoes; cut into penne-size pieces

1 whole Red Chili Pepper (to taste)

½ bottle Goody Light Mayonnaise

2 tbsp Velor Canned Cream

1 tsp Lemon Juice

½ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Fine Ground Black Pepper

½ cup of Mozzarella Cheese, grated


  1. Heat the oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Place the oil in a medium-sized pan until heated, then add the onion pieces and the garlic; stir for a minute until they wilt and turn golden; afterwards, add the red pepper and stir for a minute; and then add the tomatoes; stirring constantly for a couple of minutes. Add the Mexican spices and paprika; stir well with the other ingredients and then add the minced meat; continue to stir until the meat changes its color and the water dries completely; then set it aside.
  3. In a medium skillet, fry the potatoes and then drain them and set them aside.
  4. In a deep pan, mix the mayonnaise, cream, lemon juice, salt and black pepper, and leave them aside.
