Thai-Style Chicken Soup
The “Thai-Style Chicken Soup” is very rich meal for lovers of excellence; enjoy preparing it with love
250g Chicken Breasts, thinly sliced
2 cups of Coconut Milk
1 Goody Chicken Stock Cube, dissolved in 1 ½ cup of Water
1 fragrant Lemongrass Stalk, sliced
3 Lime Leaves, cut into small slices
2 Garlic Cloves, mashed
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1 can of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
3 Tbsps Fish Sauce
3 Tbsps Lime Juice
1 Green Onion Stalk, thinly sliced
¼ cup of Green Coriander, minced
2 Fresh Chili Peppers
- In a deep pot, place the chicken breasts and half the amount of coconut milk with the chicken stock; leave them over high heat for 20 minutes until they boil.Add the lemongrass, lime leaves, garlic, salt and black pepper. Leave the ingredients until they boil for 12 minutes.Lower the heat and leave the mixture over the heat until the chicken is cooked. Afterwards, add the mushrooms, the remaining coconut milk, and the fish sauce, along with the lemon juice, green onion, coriander and chili peppers; leave them over the heat for 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture in the serving bowl and serve hot.
Idea : You can use shrimps instead of chicken.
