Ingredients

1 kg Chicken Thighs
Dressing:
2 Tbsps Goody Creamy Peanut Butter
4 Garlic Cloves, mashed
1 tsp Ginger, minced
2 Tbsps Coriander, minced
2 Tbsps Soy Sauce, low sodium
1 Tbsp Goody Natural Honey
1 Tbsp Green Lemon, squeezed
1 tsp Sriracha Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil or Olive Oil
Garnish:
Coriander, minced to taste
Jalapeno Pepper, to taste
Peanuts, minced to taste
 

Method

1.Prepare the grill charcoal or set the oven at the grill function.
2.In a deep bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients well.
3.Add the chicken thighs to the dressing and stir well, then place them in a plastic bag and refrigerate them for an hour.
4.Take out the chicken thighs from the bag and drain the excess dressing in a bowl to be used later on.
5.Grill the chicken thighs until cooked, then place them in the serving dish and cover them with tin foil to maintain their temperature.
6.In a pot over medium heat, place the remaining dressing; stirring constantly until it reaches the boiling point, and then place the chicken. When serving, garnish with coriander, jalapeno pepper, and minced peanuts.
