1kg lamb meat with bones 4 Cardamoms
3 onions, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves
Small piece of ginger
1 green chili

1.In pot with boiling water cook the lamb meat with the cardamom. for
2. In another hot pot put vegetable oil, onion,garlic, ginger and green chili. Till the onion turns golden color.
3. Add the rest vegetables and spices and then add Goody sieved tomato. And then add the cooked meat with some salt. Let simmer on low heat till all vegetables get cooked.
4. Serve it deep serving dish starting with a layer of khobz and then Tharid.
